Hey Mom...Can I Borrow the Keys?

HEAD, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes....

One of the new things Alex has learned at school is how to point to his head.  They sing "Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes" and he seems to have only picked up on the head part so far.  One of the unfortunate side effects of that is that he discovered it's very fun to pat your head while you are eating dinner and smear all of your food into your hair...making a lovely mess for mommy!

Yesterday was a terrible long day.  He wouldn't take a nap and was overall in a BAD mood, so when he put his dinner into his hair and made himself look like he had devil's horns....I just had to laugh! =)

Can't find the right toy?

Not a problem!  Just crawl in the toy box and throw them all out!

Walking the Dog

One of Alex's new favorite things to do is take Little on a walk....usually outside, but he even walked her inside tonight!  It makes him laugh and laugh.  Little isn't quite sure what to think of it.  She likes getting to go on a walk since she hasn't gotten to very often over the last year, but I think she's half afraid of what Alex will do while he's holding the leash!

The Start of Fall!

There was a little hint of fall in the air here in Georgia with a cool breeze today, so Alex and I spent as much time as possible outside in the fresh air!  We walked up and down the sidewalks collecting acorns and looking for dog-dogs.  He was also sporting his Aggie gear since the Ags are playing their first game of the season today....Gig 'Em!

After playing outside, we came in and had yummy spaghetti for dinner and a little silliness! :)
