What Little Dude is Up to...

The little dude is outgrowing his infant car seat, so we had to order him a new one. He had fun checking it out inside the house. He was pretty laid back in it...I really hope it will stay that way once we get it in the car! Alex's overly-safety conscience mother (who has seen entirely too many traumas during her medical school/residency) did a lot of research to find the safest carseat out there. As you can see, it's REALLY large so I'm REALLY hoping that it fits in the car okay! Otherwise, we may be looking for a new car...


(Also, note how the carseat will match perfectly with the exterior and interior of the car. Pop, I know you like that!! =)

Alex is also still being a picky little eater. He doesn't want anything to do with the pureed baby food. He is minimally interested in the little Gerber puffs and yogurt melts. He wants to play with them more than anything. What he does like are the Baby Mum-Mums. They are an organic rice thing that dissolves in the mouth. They taste like absolutely nothing, but he seems to think they are great! He also is not that interested in the sippee cup yet, but we are working on it. Instead, he comes over to my cup and wants me to share water/juice from it.
