For Auntie Devin...aren't you proud??

As ya'll might have noticed in the photos, Alex finally has teeth!  His top two and bottom two all broke through the gums the day before he turned 9 months old.  The top two are coming in quickly and the bottom two are slowly following.  He has become VERY interested in me brushing my teeth, so I decided to get him some toothpaste and let him start learning to brush his teeth.  It's so cute!

Then when he gets bored of brushing his teeth, he just tosses the toothbrush down...usually in the bathtub!

Fun in the Sun!

This is fun, but...

it would be a lot more fun to try to climb up the slide!

See how fun this is!

Enough of the pool...let me chase Little around for a while!

A future in plumbing, perhaps??

Gorillas...in the Window???

Alex and I went out to dinner downtown tonight with some friends.  On our way back to the car, I let Alex walk around on the sidewalk to make sure he'd be good and tired for bedtime.  He was walking along and then he saw this gorilla in the window at the Gorilla Guitar store.  He was so cute!  First, he walked over and looked at it a long time.  Then, he walked away, but he had to turn back around to give it one more look!  It's such a blast to watch him see and try new things for the first time.

Alex LOVES My Gym!

I finally remembered to take my camera with me to Alex's MyGym class this morning.  Here are a few photos of him doing all kinds of fun stuff there!  He moves so fast there, it was hard to get very many shots!  He loves it though and Mommy loves that he takes a good afternoon nap after playing there! :)

Man's Work!

Alex is already learning that taking out the garbage is a guy's job.  Too bad it's too large to fit through the doggie door or he could really get it outside for mommy!

Rain, Rain, Go Away!!

It is raining cats and dogs here in Georgia today, so we are stuck indoors!  It's sad to be stuck inside because we have really gotten used to spending time outside since it's warmed up here.

MiMi sent Alex a red wagon a couple of weeks ago.  She has always said that every little boy should have a red wagon and she knows what she is talking about!  He loves it!  He is happy just riding around in it, moving the seats up and down (see below), or pushing it around.  I also got him a little blue car off Craigslist.  He loves riding it down the hill in our driveway!
